Haziniy Hotel

The photos gave me a very different impression, so the reality was a big disappointment. My first room smelled bad and had dead flies on the wall, and the bathroom smelled even worse. The receptionist's solution was to bring me toilet air freshener. Thankfully they did move me to another room, but the shared fridge in the dining room was tiny and full of rotten food leftovers, and there wasn't a fridge in my room. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and breakfast wasn't good either. I left dissatisfied and would choose a different hotel.

The room was clean and had the basic necessities. Staff were kind and pleasant, and the price was affordable. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I enjoyed the varied breakfasts, especially the excellent zucchini pancakes, and there were local dishes too. My first-floor room was quiet enough that reception and courtyard noise didn't bother me. The internet was fast and staff were helpful, though the room wasn't cleaned for three days. Still, it was a pleasant, cozy stay.

We've been regulars here for a year, but the service has really declined over the past three months. The new staff seem indifferent and incompetent, and the toilet ventilation is completely broken. The woman making breakfast treats us as if we're eating at her expense, which is hard to put up with. The service and quality just aren't what they used to be.
