We landed at 7am and, although official check-in was five hours later, the team let us into our room at 9am. Everyone was welcoming and did everything they could to help with our requests. The room was very clean, and the shower was good and comfortable. We ordered breakfast the evening before, with a good range of choices, and it was all really tasty. Would definitely stay again!

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, possibly the best service I've had. The hotel was very clean, and I loved the breakfast terrace. It's in a new district, close to the train station and a bakery, though the city center is about an hour's walk away.

We didn't stay at this hotel, but want to thank the young receptionist, Mr Shox. Our taxi took us to the wrong hotel when we first arrived in Tashkent at around 9pm, and we mistakenly ended up here. We were a Malaysian–Australian family, lost late at night. Mr Shox helped us with lots of information and spoke English clearly, which made a big difference. We're very grateful for his kindness and help.

We had a 1 am flight, so after spending the day touring, we came back and relaxed on the terrace before taking a taxi to the airport. The staff were friendly and kind. It's a lovely little upscale boutique hotel near some very upscale shopping and a residential area. Highly recommend.

Timur, the manager, really went above and beyond to make sure my stay went smoothly. He and the rest of the staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. Home Boutique Hotel in Tashkent has a warm atmosphere that made me feel at home. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent.
