The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when I unexpectedly needed a second night because of a travel snafu. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was cozy and clean, and the price and location were great.

At 650,000 soums, I expected a much better suite. My wife and I were shocked by how dirty it was, as if nobody had cleaned it in ages, and the upholstered furniture was in deplorable shape. The hotel itself looks pretty good, which made the condition even more surprising after reading the reviews. I can't recommend it. What a shame.

For a clean, affordable place to sleep for the night, this little hotel works well, and being near the airport could make it a convenient choice. The rooms and hotel are clean. Breakfast, though, is very poor.

After I'd already left, they called and said I had a debt. The service was awful, with no respect at all. Breakfast was always served with old bread and old dishes. I didn't have time to change it, but then I changed it right away.

The rooms felt cozy and were clean, and breakfast was delicious. It's a comfortable, decent hotel, with friendly staff who are always ready to help.
