I regret booking this place even for two days, and I’m already planning to leave in the morning. The stay feels unbearable. There’s a strong sewage odor in the hallways and inside the room, intense enough to remind me of a public restroom. The room is also dirty and dusty, with poorly cleaned surfaces and a neglected feel.

The area is decent and the hotel is nice, but the receptionist made the biggest difference. Bekzod, the guy on the morning shift, was extremely helpful. Thanks for the warm hospitality.

My family and I had a really bad experience. Room service was poor, and we had to remind reception several times to get proper help. Breakfast was disappointing too, with few choices and food that was always gone before the designated time.

The price changed sharply when we tried to negotiate after getting the first quote through Telegram. We were told to take it or leave it, and the hotel director came across as very rude. We had visited and liked the place, but never actually stayed there, and I'm glad we didn't. I suspect we might have been overcharged when checking out. The rooms were reasonably clean, and the included breakfast was okay. The showers look a little dated. They provide shared-use slippers for the shower rooms, which is a nice thought, though it didn't seem hygienic. Reception could also be more welcoming and professional. They don't allow invited guests in the rooms.
