The courtyard and the outside of the hotel were lovely, with a premium feel and everything looking well cared for. The restaurant is beautifully decorated too, which made meals feel special. Staff were professional and the location is great. Check-in and check-out both went perfectly. I’d happily return next time I’m in Tashkent.

The staff were so kind, and the hotel was very clean. Jakhongir in particular was incredibly friendly and made my first trip to Uzbekistan a great experience. I’ll remember the trip fondly thanks to him, and I’d definitely like to come back.

Maftuna and Munisa were both really kind. Maftuna even arranged a Yandex for us and helped us find our way around. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the food was amazing too. I’ll definitely book here again when I’m back.

The restaurant service from Rostislav was exceptional, and both breakfast and dinner were nicely presented with a very good selection. From our arrival, Maftuna and Djahongir at the front desk, along with the room service team, gave us amazing service. The hotel was clean throughout. I’ll come back.

This is a great new hotel in Taskent from the Accor group. It’s close to the airport, train station, and city centre, and the service is very good. There are two indoor swimming pools, and breakfast has plenty of choice.
