Breakfast had lots of choices until 10am, and some dishes changed from day to day. The internet worked great, too. I liked the location: quiet, with shops and cafes about a three-minute walk away, and tourist attractions within walking distance. There are also a couple of good nearby restaurants serving plaf. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. They provide mineral water and accept cards. The staff were polite and friendly, especially the girl at the desk, who helped with our luggage and spoke perfect English.

Muslima at reception made my stay at Hotel Nur Makon feel easy and comfortable. She greeted me warmly, stayed patient when helping, and handled everything efficiently with a genuine smile. She was polite and professional throughout, and her care left a lasting impression. Muslima is a real asset to Nur Makon and reflects the high standard of service there.

Muslima at reception was so friendly, polite, and helpful, and her warm hospitality made the stay pleasant. I had a wonderful time at Hotel Nur Makon, Tashkent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Being close to Chorsu Bazaar is a good thing, probably the only real plus. The administrators and service weren’t great, and they really need to improve their attitude and customer care.
