Prime Villa Hotel

It was -4 degrees outside when we arrived early in the morning, and the gentleman at reception kindly let us in and helped us out. The place was warm enough. There was tea and coffee free at any time, and breakfast was included. Thank you, uncle 🙏🙇

The staff's reaction left us feeling unwelcome. When my wife and I raised the room's cleanliness and noise problems, they got defensive and accusatory, and spoke to us inappropriately. They also pressured us to cancel our booking or give a high rating. We stayed for one day, and the room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned since 1995, with mold spots in the shower. The old bed was uncomfortable, so sleeping well was difficult. Thin walls meant we could hear other guests talking and walking in the hall and neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax. I can't recommend this place. The dirt, uncomfortable bed, noise, and staff behavior made for a very disappointing stay.

This was one of my worst stays, back in 2023. The bathrooms were filthy, moldy, and had clogged drains. I asked repeatedly for a proper cleaning, but nobody listened, so I had to clear the drain myself just to bathe hygienically. I also went into the laundry room myself and saw them using barely any detergent on sheets and covers, with the wash cycle set to only 15 minutes. The trash handling and general filth were awful.

I liked this hotel a lot. The rates are more convenient than at other hotels, and it has a pool and sauna. The workers communicate with guests really well. Best hotel.
