The place is okay for a low-budget hotel. The rooms were clean, and it's close to the metro. The elevator needs fixing, though. It gave a horrible jerk once the door closed.

What a mess. We spent a dreadful night there, with no cold water and awful service.

The room itself was filthy and worn out: broken tiles, a toilet that wouldn't flush, no cold water, and a bed so hard I could feel its metal frame. Mine was on the third floor, but the elevator wasn't working. When I asked the receptionist for help with my heavy bags, I was told, “Somehow. Carry it by yourself.” The condition of the rooms and the response from staff made this a terrible stay. Do yourself a favor and take this hotel off your list.

We are a group of 51 staying here from July 2 to July 17, and the building has been poorly managed. None of its elevators work. The rooms are small, the air conditioning isn't working well, and internet access in the rooms is very poor. Housekeeping hasn't been done properly, and breakfast has been short on food.

The rooms have an old-fashioned look, but they're lovely and cosy. The hotel itself is old, though it has been renovated. The elevator is very old. It's near Magic City, Humo Arena, and Next Mall.
