The breakfast buffet had a great selection of delicious food, and Usman provided excellent service there. He was welcoming, polite, respectful, and easy to communicate with. The buffet breakfast was included in my room rate. I booked nine nights directly on the hotel's website for a discounted rate while looking for an affordable, convenient place for business and leisure during a trip to my homeland. I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but I was surprised as soon as I arrived. The reception team greeted me warmly, and Davron at the desk was professional and knew his job. The whole front desk staff were well trained and customer focused. The ladies and men stood up to greet me whenever they saw me, and were so sweet and welcoming. Their management deserves credit for training them that way. The kitchen staff cooked the food very well, and housekeeping took care of me like family. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and treatment. Thanks to everyone. I'll be back, 1000 percent!

We're from New Zealand and absolutely love this great hotel. The staff are friendly, breakfast is great, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and quiet. Special thanks to Davron at reception, such a helpful and kind guy. If we come back, we'll definitely stay here again.

After a day out exploring, the private hour in the spa room was a real treat. It has a Turkish bath, sauna and plunge pool, and each booking includes a session, so book it ahead. The hotel itself is small, with modern, clean rooms in a quiet neighborhood. Tashkent Metro is a short walk away, and the UzComm communications tower and memorial gardens are about a 20-minute stroll. There are convenience shops nearby, too. Rates were very reasonable, and the staff were wonderful, especially Davron at the front desk and Usmon in the restaurant. Excellent hotel in a great spot, highly recommended.

Restaurants, markets and shops are right at the door, which made this a great place to stay in Tashkent. The staff were incredibly helpful and respectful, and the hotel was crystal clean and felt luxurious for the price. This was my first time in Tashkent. I initially booked two days, but ended up extending my stay through the rest of my trip. I 100% recommend Velara hotel to any visitor ❤️
