The canal-side location gives the building a lovely view, but the problems here have gone on for months without action from the management company. The open garbage area beside the building is not for residents, yet it smells awful. The single road in is constantly jammed, with restaurant visitors parking right up to the gate. The project was handed over only a year ago, and the elevators have already broken several times. They have not been repaired properly. I’ve experienced them dropping one floor or several floors before stopping, so using them every day feels risky. There’s no mobile signal inside, and in my experience the emergency button didn’t work either. These issues make the building feel unsafe for people’s health and lives.
