Hakeem, the front desk manager, made the stay feel personal, easy, and memorable. He was attentive, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work and in representing the hotel. His professionalism, warmth, and leadership really stood out, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was right. At Zafaron Hotel, the rooms were beautifully kept and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Everything seemed thoughtfully looked after, with cleanliness and genuine hospitality evident from the moment I arrived. The whole experience was outstanding. I’ll absolutely come back and recommend Zafaron Hotel to everyone I know. If service, comfort, and strong management matter to you, this is the place to stay. Highly, highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and supportive, and the price was good. For the booking, using booking. Com is better if you want to avoid trouble with Agoda. You can use taxes for transportation.
