It’s good, though some things could be better.

The water pumps stop working when the power is out, and the electricity is cut 2-3 times a week because management hasn’t paid the bills. We end up waiting in restaurants until 11:00 or 11:30 PM for it to come back, with no clear idea when that will happen. It feels like being homeless. This place deserves even one star.

The location is good, and the buildings are new. This summer, though, the power went out often because the electricity bill hadn’t been paid.
