The cook made lovely omelets in the morning, and the reception team were service-minded both during the day and in the evening. The young women welcoming people in the hall were kind and always smiling. It's also a really convenient, pleasant place for meetings and for treatment at the well equipped, qualified, clean dentist and clinic next door. I'd recommend staying here for a short visit or a longer one.

I had two rooms here for over a week, and the stay was comfortable from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff responded quickly whenever I asked for something. I don't speak Russian or Uzbeki, but communication still went smoothly because Mr. Firdavs and other staff speak Farsi (Tajiki), English, Uzbeki and Russian. Miss. Albina and Mr. Firdavs gave excellent, professional service. They were friendly, attentive to details, and willing to go the extra mile, which made everything easy. I'd recommend their service for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay.

At reception, Islom was especially polite and helpful, and kept checking that everything was going smoothly. It's nice when someone cares about guests' comfort.
