The service quality was poor for the price, and after 14 days in Uzbekistan, this was easily the worst hotel of our trip. We wouldn't recommend it to foreign travelers. Communication was difficult because nobody spoke English. At checkout, a staff member took my credit card and asked me directly for the PIN so they could enter it themselves. That's unsafe and completely inappropriate. I told them I would enter it myself. They seemed to know very little about the industry. The carpet was visibly filthy, dusty, and looked like it hadn't been replaced in decades. That could be a serious problem for anyone with allergies. Dinner was supposedly available, but the only choices we were offered were soup or chicken. Breakfast was also very limited, with little variety. The pool information is misleading. The pool is in the middle of a room, costs extra to use, and isn't free. The sauna has the same extra charge.
