Begoyim at the reception was especially helpful, polite, and professional. She always greeted us with a smile and was ready to help with any request, making the stay feel comfortable. Excellent service at Bristol Hotel Tashkent, thank you very much!

Our room was spacious, and the shower was clean. Whenever we had a question, Begoiym, Safina, and the male staff member at Reception handled it quickly. From the moment you enter Bristol Hotel, the cleanliness, friendly welcome, and professionalism are clear. I've already recommended it to friends going to Tashkent, and I'll definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean, professional, and very well organized, and the team and management are clearly doing a great job. Excellent value for the price. I WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

6/10
The location was good, and it was fairly easy to get to most parts of the city. The beds and linens were new and clean, which I appreciated. The man and woman working in reception and the lobby were attentive and watched what was happening around the entrance. The rest of the staff, though, weren't especially friendly or welcoming. For the price, the experience fell short of what I expected. There was no elevator, which made luggage awkward to carry, and the toilet wasn't properly cleaned. I shared a photo, and the toilet handle was broken. Breakfast cost USD 10 per person and didn't feel worth that price. The room rates also seemed illogical: the twin with two separate beds was about seven meters larger and cheaper than the smaller, more expensive double. Overall, the hotel's location and attentive lobby staff were its main positives, while service and management decisions were below expectations.
