The daily basics shouldn't need to be requested. We ran out of toilet paper twice, and housekeeping only replaced it after we asked. At first, they brought water to the room each day, but today there was no cleaning at all. When we asked for water, we were told to buy it, then had to pay by card or bank transfer. Why can't a hotel put two bottles on the room bill? Everything seems to become a problem here. As a Venezuelan, I'm extremely disappointed. This is not a five-star hotel, and the service isn't ready for the tourists who'll soon be coming to Venezuela.
