I saw this hotel from outside on my last visit to Valencia, and it looks beautiful. It's one of the few hotels in the country still in the Hilton program. I don't have a Venezuelan debit card or bolivars, so I can't book with Hilton points or pay in foreign currency. How can I reserve a room here?

We booked the wrong hotel by mistake and called to cancel just 30 minutes later, but they refused. I've never had customer service this bad. The employees were rude and the policies ridiculous. Stay away from this unethical hotel.

There's only one person available to bring the cars and take payment for parking, so the line gets long. We waited around 25-30 minutes, and paying takes a long time.

The disco noise outside is so loud and goes on past 4 a.m. I wouldn't stay here over the weekend.
