The fun entertainment, decent pizza, and water slide were the few bright spots, but this was a huge disappointment. My wife's family have owned a timeshare here and invested in the property for over 30 years, and everyone could see how far the place has gone downhill. We had to switch apartments three times because the bathrooms were unsanitary. The first smelled strongly of urine, as if someone had peed on the floor and it hadn't been cleaned. In the unit we finally kept, showering caused puddles to collect around the drains by the toilets in both bathrooms. The showers never got hot either. The A/C worked and the kitchen was functional, but the pillows and guest beds were very uncomfortable. Much of the property was broken or out of service: the restaurant was shut, the pool was closed, several pools needed cleaning and some were green, the wave pool didn't make waves, and the internet didn't work at all. Even the office had the worst internet I've come across. We won't return or recommend it. Before leaving I found much better options nearby for next time. I hope others avoid the issues we had, though I imagine they're quite likely.
