I had a great stay, and the staff and service were quite good. Every room has a great ocean view, and the pool is a good size with a view over the water. For a hotel rated five stars, they should also have currency exchange on site.

The prices in bolivars were reasonable, and I liked having airline ticket offices nearby. The boardwalk is only a short walk away. The hotel has an ocean view, a pool, and a restaurant, but they wouldn't take USD or Euros. How are foreign visitors supposed to stay here?

Right across from the public park by the shore, it's a decent place in a great location, with easy access to everything in downtown Puerto La Cruz. The food was good, and it works well for travellers.
