The boat service to the cayos was very good, and I'd highly recommend it. The stay itself wasn't good and didn't match the pictures we were shown. Front desk service was poor, and check-in was very late, at 6:00pm. There were water cuts, the pool was awful and green, and the WiFi was terrible.

Coral Suites felt like an oasis for our family. The kids had plenty to do while we relaxed by the pool, and the food was great. A truly magnificent place to stay.

I've visited Chichiriviche before, years ago, and came back recently. The hotel does its best to provide good service and comfort despite Venezuela's current economic and political situation. I'll be back.
