Everyone was really attentive, and the bathroom was clean and nice. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant too, though a bit expensive for what you get. Breakfast is crazy expensive, and while the limited variety is acceptable, it’s just okay. Given the good service, I think I’d come back.

The location was easily my favorite part of this nice stay. It’s right downtown, very close to Metro Bellas artes and the Parque Central towers, Venezuela’s tallest buildings. The airport express bus stop is only a block away too. No doubt, it’s a great location.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had good food at reasonable prices. It’s a new, comfortable, safe hotel in central Caracas, with good value for money. Airport transfers are available for a fee, and the ride takes about 25 minutes.

The bathrooms are spacious, and the place is very clean. The hospitality is excellent. I’d stay here every time I visit Caracas.

I only popped into the casino. I didn’t try the hotel.
