The pool water seemed to be treated really well, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were there for three hours, five family members along with me, and only used the pool, so that's all I can speak to. The bathrooms by the pool were a huge letdown. They had almost no light and weren't clean at all. They reminded me of the kind of place you'd find at a flea market, as we in Maracaibo would say. I've seen public bathrooms in better shape than these. For a three-star hotel, this really doesn't measure up, especially for a pool area. They need to improve them or be clearer about their standards. The pool floor was bare concrete with no ceramic or other covering, and it was very uneven. I was in water up to 2.20 meters deep, though I can't say whether it was the same at 3 meters.

The internet was terrible, and the pool water was dirty and green. The service was poor, and the shower only ran cold.
