The room had a lot of amenities, and the bed was very comfortable, just what I needed after a long flight. I chose this hotel for the airport pickup and drop-off, but the facilities were the real highlight. Every employee I met treated me wonderfully. I'd recommend it to everyone I know.

There was a nice, music-filled atmosphere by the pool, and you could order food there. The room was spacious, clean, and peaceful. Restaurant staff were kind, and breakfast had plenty of options. The pizza and tequeños were beautiful, while the sushi place was average. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, and the price felt fair for the quality.

The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with great food, Venezuelan choices I appreciated as a Venezuelan, continental options for foreign guests, a good cheese selection, and fresh orange juice. Staff were amazing, and check-in went smoothly. There are several ways to reserve without paying in advance, with multiple payment options. They also printed some travel documents I needed, which was a real help. The gym looked top notch when I passed by, though I didn't use it. It's very close to the airport, and transport to and from it is included in the room rate. The downside was the food at Mr. GRILL. It was expensive and poor quality. On the first day, my steak with yuca frita and vegetables arrived cold, and neither the vegetables nor yuca had salt. It was really bad for a $30 meal. The next day I got a dry chicken burger for $15 with hardly any chicken, and that was cold too. The fries were decent. The $10 Cesar salad was tiny for the price and had so much dressing it was like soup. I would come back, but I won't eat at MR GRILL again.

The free shuttle and the location near the airport make this a good choice for a quick stop. Dinner or breakfast is included in the room price, and you can pick one. If you choose dinner, the menu is very simple. The service at Mr grill was really bad and excessive. The waitress named aura was rude when I asked questions, but another man, oswaldo, made the service a little better. It was still slow.
