For a quiet, relaxing stay, this hotel is a great fit. The outdoor pool was clean, with lots of seating around it. Rooms are simple but clean, and the small on-site restaurant serves good quality food at reasonable prices. The staff were excellent and friendly. It's a convenient airport hotel.

I arranged this stay for a friend who had been deported back to Venezuela. The hotel communicated well and made it possible to handle all payments and arrangements from a distance. Be aware that you can't pay by credit card and have to use PayPal. My friend enjoyed the stay, and the hotel helped arrange a taxi for the following day. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a place near the Caracas airport.

Terrible experience. I had the booking for a month, and they cancelled it just one day before my trip, saying there was no availability. Don't trust them.

The restaurant was good and the pool looks nice. But the neighborhood felt scary and unpleasant, so it was good that we could eat at the restaurant. The airport shuttles were uncomfortable and had no air conditioning. Our room was very humid, and you could smell the dampness in the lobby too. When we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation and tried to charge us $50 instead of $45. We don't recommend this hotel.

The smooth pickup and drop-off made getting to and from the airport easy, and there was breakfast ready from 3am. The hotel is clearly set up for travelers and short stays. It was a very comfortable stay and worth the money compared with many other places. Even the language was no problem.
