Palm Beach

Playa El Agua is only a minute on foot, and the hotel runs a shuttle to the beach from 9 am to 5 pm. It's all-inclusive, with excellent service and tasty, varied food. My room was perfect, though the bathroom could use an update. The hotel itself is older but renovated, and its lovely common areas have a family-friendly feel.

I travel for work and stay in different hotels often, and this one really impressed me. The grounds were clean and well kept, and the sea was either a golf cart ride away or a four-minute walk, though you can stroll too. Most of all, the staff were helpful, friendly, and responsive. The chefs were wonderful, their food was delicious, and the fish was fantastic. I left money and jewelry on the table in my room, and everything was still there.

The cabin-style rooms have a simple but attractive look, and there's a large pool, a jacuzzi, and a little store with a good selection at competitive prices. The facilities were impeccable, the food was good quality, and the service was excellent. The events were lots of fun, and a train takes you to the nearest beach. It felt like a little paradise, with nothing to envy in a five-star hotel. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it completely.

The food was exquisite and varied. During Carnival, there were themed meals every day, so I got to try lots of different dishes. Drinks were available at the open bar from 11 am until the early hours, past 2 am. The facilities are beautiful and the staff's service is top-notch. The only thing I'd improve is the Wi-Fi, which got congested with so many guests, but that was a minor issue compared with the service and atmosphere.
