For business travel, this is a good hotel: elegant but simple, and well suited to meetings or small events. Breakfast is self-service, with local dishes like shredded beef and chicken, scrambled eggs with vegetables, arepas, and local cheese. There are different breads to toast yourself, plus donuts and local pastries. The breakfast is okay. Recommended.

The welcome set a lovely tone, with Juan Carlos greeting us with a smile. Inside, the lobby had a soft, powdery floral scent and bright white modern decor with neutral touches. Compared with the dark look of other prestigious hotels in maracay, it felt fresh and not stuffy or dated. Mr. Medina at reception was also warm and made sure our questions were answered. The property was immaculate, with attractive modern decor. The suites weren't ready yet because the hotel had only opened two weeks earlier. We stayed in a king-size room on the top floor. It was smaller than I usually choose, had no bathtub or hairdryer, but did have new air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable, the view of the mountains was beautiful, and room service was available 24/7. We ordered food to the room and it was excellent. The atmosphere and staff made the stay feel top notch. The elevator was a little slow, but I had a great time and can't wait for the suites to be finished. The director, Sra.Yuraima, represented the property wonderfully and welcomed us with grace and professionalism. Mr.Jose at the restaurant was a pleasure to talk with. Mr.elvin, I think that was his name, was just as cordial and always did his best to speak English with us whenever he could. Beautiful experience. I'll definitely be back!
