Those murals on the walls are beautiful, and the hotel is very close to Plaza Las Heroínas. I have such fond memories of it. I stayed in 2009, 2010, and 2014, for work trips in Mérida and my honeymoon, and had so much fun. The service was excellent, the rooms comfortable, and the staff very attentive. I hope to be back soon, God willing!
Waking up to the mountains of Mérida outside the hotel windows felt like a gift. The staff were warm and kind, and the service was top-notch. It felt like being at home. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it, and we’ll be back soon!
I spent a week here and was treated so wonderfully, they really pampered me. The hotel is central, the service is great, and above all the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I’d gladly come back to this same place a thousand times. Thank you all so much, and God bless you.
The location is great and the place is nice, but a few things need attention. During my five days there, I could only get hot water once, and with how cold the water is, it’s really needed. It can also get very hot, and there’s no air conditioning. Parking needs work too, since the entrances are always blocked.
The location is good, and they have internet, hot showers, and good service. I didn’t like that the bathrooms have no ventilation.
