6/10
The rooms are only okay, and the shower and beds were fine, but the place feels dated and could use a warmer, more welcoming atmosphere. It was also cold throughout the hotel, which I didn’t enjoy. For what you get, it’s overpriced. Be especially careful leaving the parking garage, since getting in and out can damage your car. The young clerk was unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked him to find out when the ferry to the Isle of Margarita left, but he never did. I also left my car key in the lobby toilet and he didn’t contact me. When I asked about it the next day, he returned it. I can’t recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice place, though the restaurant doesn’t have many options.

The air conditioning wasn’t under control, the place felt unhygienic, and the food was garbage.

The location works really well for business trips, and the rooms are excellent. Service was top-notch, too. You can order room service through the hotel restaurant.
