The meals were generally fine, though breakfast could use more variety. I was assigned room 3 beside the kitchen, and the noise started around 6:00 a.m., making it hard to rest. The inn is beautiful, well kept, and the staff were excellent, always friendly and willing to help. I had a frustrating start when I wasn’t given a key to the main door. Coming back early in the morning, I waited outside for over 35 minutes, knocking until another guest answered. That same night the power went out. I know outages can happen in Los Roques, but the generator took more than an hour to start, and the heat made it difficult to sleep. I also paid extra for the Cayo de Agua tour, expecting a private umbrella, but had to share one with guests from other inns. These issues affected my stay and the price-quality balance, so I’m giving Casa Turquesa 3 stars. It has plenty going for it in its looks and service, but my experience was let down by these problems.

Orlys and Leo gave fantastic service, and the food was great. Casa Turquesa is beautiful and ideally located near both the airport and the pier. I’ll definitely come back, highly recommend it! 👍

It’s a simple inn, nothing fancy, but it has what you need. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable overall. The staff were attentive, polite, and helpful. I also appreciated the beach extras, like trash bags, snacks, and music speakers. I’d happily repeat the experience. Thanks so much!
