LD Punta Playa

The suites at LD Punta playa have two or three bedrooms, a living room, and a balcony, so there was plenty of space for our family. We loved the beautiful, safe beach, and the service was great at the beach, restaurant, and throughout the facilities. It made our vacation feel like a dream. Thanks, Punta playa, for taking such good care of us!

My cousin and I had such a nice, relaxing stay here. The staff were really pleasant and always around when we needed help. The food and service were both very good. Would definitely recommend it 🇹🇹

The views were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Still, the country's economic situation meant frequent power cuts. We also had to switch rooms repeatedly because of problems like the water and room cards not working. Renovations are underway too, so quite a few activities aren't available right now.

At 2 in the morning I had to move rooms, and the replacement room's A/C didn't work. I called the front desk, and someone came to look at it, but the issue wasn't fixed. The overnight staff need much more training in how to handle guests. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
