Bolongo Bay Beach Resort

The view from our room and that gorgeous beach setting made the trip feel worthwhile. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely come back. There was plenty to do, the food and drinks were high quality, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I totally recommend this resort.

Sunday Funday on the catamaran was the best day of our trip, and Captain Wes was amazing. We felt like part of a Caribbean family here. Santana at the Oasis treated our family as if we were her own, and Big Dog at Iggys was great too 🥰. The man at the beach shack was top notch with the paddle boards and kayaks. Really, the whole hotel staff was perfect. I can't recommend this place more for families.

I went by myself for Christmas week and felt comfortable and safe the whole time. Dave and Mike were often around, making sure I was having the best possible stay, and Jameson at the concierge checked in regularly to see if I needed anything. I had breakfast with the same morning staff, Samantha and Stephan, every day, and they were exceptional. Taxis were readily available right off the property, which was super convenient. By day two, everyone knew my name and had made me feel like a friend. The whole family, owners and staff alike, welcomed me with open arms. It's small, homey, and family owned, exactly what I wanted. I'd followed them on ticktock for a couple of years, envying the people who went every year, and finally decided to be one of them. I had a beautiful Christmas week and am 100% working on coming back next year.

The rooms were large and very clean, and the view was gorgeous. Everyone was friendly and helpful. You can choose all inclusive or European, room only, and pay separately for food and drinks. Make time for the onsite activities and the Heavenly Days catamaran. Amazing resort!
