Midtown Guest House

Just right for one night. The clean, cozy room had AC and a fridge. Staff were kind and helpful, the main street is only steps away, and the airport is a short cab ride.

Midtown made our time on St Thomas so enjoyable. We slept well in comfortable beds, and the place is just one block from the water. There's a Dollar safari bus stop two blocks away, with rides to the eastern beaches and red hook ferry. The Johnny cake breakfasts are amazing, we're hooked. The owners are very accommodating, the area feels safe, and the location is about as central as it gets. Rooms have good air conditioning and are cleaned daily. There's complimentary morning coffee and tea in the breakfast room, a picnic table on the first floor, a mini grocery market .3 miles away by the water, and a “chicken man” food truck around the corner by the water with $10 plates you won't finish. Downtown stores and open-air markets visited by cruise ships are also just around the corner. A great find for a quiet, safe, comfortable stay!

Rudy was a wonderful host and shared lots of helpful local knowledge. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the place is right in the historic part of Charlotte Amelia, within walking distance of everything. What a gem!

Midtown Guest House exceeded my expectations. It's right in downtown Charlotte Amalie, a very convenient location. From check-in onward, the staff made me feel welcome and looked after, offering useful recommendations and help whenever I needed it. My stay was fantastic, comfortable, and stress-free. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in St. Thomas, and I'll return on my next island visit.
