Cabin 1 was wonderful, with great rooms, powerful AC, and a nice kitchenette. There's no indoor seating area, which I hadn't thought to check. The place looks pretty much exactly like the photos, and the pool is fantastic. The pavilion usually has ice and water available around the clock, and often there's bug spray and aloe there too, so check before buying any. The beach, or ocean, is rocky, so I highly recommend water shoes or sandals. The place is pretty out of the way. Coffee is French press only, with no creamer, so if you're a coffee person, be ready to use the press and buy creamer. The rooster is a major jerk. He crows all the time, even in the middle of the night, and likes to hide and scare the life out of you. The shack's food can be great or not. Two of the three nights we had dinner there were just meh, but the middle night was amazing.

We had a Jazz Brunch the day after the wedding, and I'd recommend it 15/10. Our wedding at the Hideaway at Hull Bay this past Friday, 12/12/25, was intimate, romantic, special, and beyond perfect. Kas, Ambar, and the team were the absolute best. From our first call onward, they went above and beyond, always ready to help with a smile and genuinely wanting our big day to be perfect. They made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible and that our guests had the best time. The property was extremely well maintained and clean. Chef Risa (I’m sorry I’m spelling her name wrong) was INCREDIBLE, and every single guest said it was the best food. I'm so grateful I got to meet everyone at the Hideaway and have my dream wedding weekend become a reality. I couldn't have asked for a better place, better people, or a better experience for our special day. I'll forever be telling everyone to visit the Hideaway and work with Kas and the team.

Zoe made the wedding planning feel easy, especially when we might have needed to move the date at the last minute. She promptly reached out to our vendors and helped us keep the day on track. We had an intimate wedding at Hideaway, and the beautiful setting, phenomenal food, and rooms we loved made it everything we’d hoped for. We’re so grateful to the team for making it happen.

Kas and the staff made our trip unforgettable, going well beyond what I expected before we arrived. My wife and I were there for a 50th birthday, and we couldn't have been happier with the property or the service. Our rooms were clean and just right for a beach getaway. We’d absolutely recommend Hideaway at Hull Bay, and we’re definitely coming back.

A relaxed, upscale spot that worked beautifully for a group celebration. More than 30 friends took over the resort for a milestone 50th birthday, and everything felt special without any fuss. The staff were top-notch, the grounds were beautiful, and the amenities were outstanding. We’ve just finished an incredible stay at Hideaway at Hull Bay, and it exceeded every expectation.
