The best place.

The room was unbelievably dirty, and the owner spoke unpleasantly with a hateful attitude.

It was easy to find, and fine for a temporary stop to rest and wash up. The owner was friendly and easygoing. The room was clean and spacious, with an air conditioner that still cooled well. It was equipped okay for a motel, and the price wasn't too high.

Quiet and convenient, and I was comfortable there.

I had already paid before checking in, so I stayed, though there were lots of newer hotels nearby and otherwise I would've gone elsewhere. The old room felt cramped and damp, and it took an hour with the air conditioner running before it felt even a little cool. To sleep comfortably, I needed both the fan and the air conditioner on. At 250k VND, the price seemed quite steep compared with the market rate.
