We visited in winter for our Christmas break, and Northern Vietnam was quite cold. The weather wasn't great either, but the resort made up for it and we had a great stay. Everything was lovely, from the gardens and amazing restaurant to the room and the super attentive staff. By far the best experience we've had while travelling in Vietnam. Totally recommended.

The food is great and gives you a special experience for this area. The resort is in the countryside, but its machinery is up to date and runs quickly. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the essentials. I'd recommend it!

For the same price or less, there are much better options nearby. This hotel is very overpriced, and it's still under construction, with the swimming pool unfinished. There was no WiFi in the room, and breakfast was very minimal, just a piece of bread with a fried egg. The restaurant was outrageously expensive, and they only told us the price afterwards because there was no menu available.

The local man at reception impressed me. He has worked at the resort since 2017 and was so helpful and supportive. Even though it was raining, he made us feel warmly welcomed and at home in a cozy atmosphere. I hope you all have a great experience in Pu Luong and at this resort. I also hope local people can have a better future and get through the difficulties caused by Covid. 🙏

I stayed one night, and the staff were very friendly. The food impressed me most. I'd suggest trying the steamed fish wrapped in papaya leaf.
