Puluong Luna Resort

Luna and the rest of the welcoming staff made our stay at Puluong Luna resort feel special. We had a great view of the rice fields right from bed, and our room was clean. Lunch and dinner were delicious. I'd definitely recommend the resort.

I loved spending time on the terrace, just taking in the stunning surroundings, and the pool was lovely and refreshing. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English, which made everything easy, and the food was absolutely delicious. They had free bicycles and could rent us a motorbike too. Beautiful rice fields and a cozy local café bar are only 10 minutes away, so it was easy to explore. A fantastic place to relax in nature, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region.

Fresh, locally farmed ingredients made the meals and breakfast feel authentic, and the food was great. The breakfast menu could use more variety, especially if you're staying for a while. The rice-field view from our room was stunning, and waking up to that quiet scenery was a trip highlight. Some earlier reviews say certain rooms face uphill rather than downhill; that's a matter of taste, so pick the accommodation type that suits you. The staff were kind, attentive, and supportive. When we had a small shower issue, they fixed it quickly. Language can sometimes be a barrier in Vietnam, so having a translation app or AI tool ready makes communication smoother. Puluong Luna was a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy nature and genuine hospitality. We'd happily return and recommend it to anyone after a quiet escape in Pu Luong.

We booked a moped for two days, which was worth the effort because we got to see plenty of sights. We'd chosen this hillside homestay after seeing positive Booking.com reviews. The rooms look over a terraced rice paddy, but ours felt damp and was very basic, with single beds pushed together. The large dining area has timber seating and not many cushions. Having to order meals an hour before you want to eat was difficult when we were out all day. The food was quite basic and tasteless. Our room wasn't made up one day, and no water was left in it.
