I always stay at the Marina Hotel when work brings me to Bac Giang. The rooms are clean, the staff are enthusiastic, and there are restaurants close by.

The receptionist's attitude made this an awful experience. They were rude and uneducated, mumbling and insulting the guests.

I've stayed at the Marina Hotel several times, though I can't speak for everyone else's experience. It's easy to get around from here, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The prices are reasonable, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are really friendly.

There was trash in the locker when I arrived, and the floor felt sticky and filthy under bare feet. I could hear noise from the next room even when I was trying to sleep alone. The reception staff were grumpy and kept complaining. They shut the door at 10 PM and only let me in after I called repeatedly. A room shown as available in the booking app was supposedly full when I got there. Even after checkout, the staff were still grumbling.
