RAVATEL HOME BAC GIANG has two buildings, so check that you're heading to the right one. Google Maps shows the wrong location, and I had major trouble arranging pickups for events. Check-in was fine, but at checkout at 12:00 they wanted to inspect the room before I left. The staff were unfriendly, and the hotel is next to the highway. I had good water pressure and both hot and cold water. The bed was firm, the TV was smart, and the mini fridge was fine. There weren't many electrical outlets, and their locations were inconvenient. Bathroom lighting was satisfactory, the sink had room for toiletries, and there were two trash bins. I wouldn't stay again. I also had to take a buggy to the other building for breakfast.

The location is good, with a busy street at night and plenty of cheap food choices. They accept credit cards, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Breakfast had a great spread.

The room was spacious and the free Wi-Fi stayed stable, but the bathroom smelled bad. There was no English guidance, only Vietnamese and Chinese. Big windows let in lots of daylight, though outside music was far too loud. I had to listen to that 16-beat noise for over an hour. When will it stop? Bring earplugs or noise-canceling headphones if you stay at these hotels.

There are many Chinese nationals on long stays here. Breakfast was reasonable, though it’s served at another nearby hotel. The place was clean and well located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had an amazing stay.
