Rock Mouse Homestay

The location made Rock Mouse Villa a convenient base, just a short walk from the Ancient Town. Our room was clean, tidy, and looked after daily. Ms. Lien was so warm and welcoming. Since our plans started at 7am, she kindly made breakfast before the usual 7:30am start. She also helped us find a reliable day tour to Hue City at a reasonable price. We really appreciated her care and would recommend Rock Mouse Villa to anyone visiting Hoi An who values comfort, a handy location, and heartfelt hospitality.

We were also upgraded to a spacious room with a balcony, and uncle husband kept refilling our water whenever we came back. We were really well looked after at this lovely hotel. Such a good stay and experience, we’ll definitely be back!

This family-run homestay is in a quiet residential area, so you get a glimpse of local life, but it’s still convenient. The old town is an easy walk of about 10 minutes, with the night market nearby. There’s also a supermarket, massage places, and food within a five-minute walk. Ruby is friendly and gave us tips on where to eat and get good suits. I followed the advice and had a good experience. The room was spacious, with nice warm water pressure, a bidet, toiletries, and bottled water each day. They cleaned throughout my three-day stay, and I loved coming back to a nicely made bed. Breakfast was included, with a choice of Vietnamese or Western dishes, all freshly made. Great value for money, and I’d love to come back.

Rock Mouse added a lot to our time in hoi an. It’s in a peaceful area, and the hosts are very friendly and happy to suggest things to do. Breakfast was really good, with a varied menu to choose from, and they even did our laundry for free. They also leave you a bottle of water when you come in. You get a lot for your money here. Would definitely recommend!❤️
