The town is lovely, and this hotel was just as nice. My room was spotless, breakfast was lovely, and the staff were really helpful. The gentleman who checked me in pointed me in a great direction for continuing my trip through northern Vietnam. People here are very friendly. I'd happily recommend it.

We had a nice room with a view, and there was space to park our bicycles. Breakfast included pancakes, eggs, toast, fruit, and tea or coffee. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Thanks for having us!

My girlfriend and I stayed here and really liked the comfortable surroundings. The room was clean, the space looked lovely, and the hotel was easy to find. The service was very good too. I think it's worth giving this place a try.

The restaurant food was really tasty, and the bathroom's huge bathtub was a highlight that made the stay feel magnificent. I came planning to stay one night, but ended up spending three and wishing I could stay longer. The room was nicely furnished, with padded chairs that could be moved onto the balcony. From there, we looked out onto a quiet, tree-lined street. The glass wall facing the street and the open balcony door made the bedroom feel almost outdoors. The bed was very comfortable and had good-quality linen. Wi-Fi was quite good, and the TV had enough English-language channels. Sometimes it's nice to treat yourself, and I'd recommend doing that here.

For the price, this is a good basic hotel if you can be a little flexible about what to expect. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean, but we didn't have hot water while we were there. Ask for a room on a higher floor at the back, the views are great.
