As a solo traveler on vacation, I was impressed by the service and hospitality from the hotel and staff. Big thanks to xiao qiang / Xiao Qiang for his professional help and advice whenever I needed it. A few things were especially useful: laundry is free for up to five pieces, and Winmart and GS 24/7 are both nearby. Bus 54 stops in front of the hotel and goes to central Hanoi. The swimming pool and gym are clean, good for a quick workout. Breakfast could use some attention. It was included in my stay, but staff didn't refill the juice or hot coffee. They said it was gone or spoiled, which I didn't understand about the hot coffee machine, and breakfast hadn't even finished by 9:30. A paper or QR checklist with the hours and locations for breakfast, the gym, and the pool would be helpful, since guests might forget the details and staff wouldn't have to explain them again. It would also help to have a taxi ready or on standby. Since this is a business area for Koreans and Chinese guests, people may need rides to an office or factory in bac ninh or into Hanoi. Sometimes the wait is long, or there isn't a taxi available. Even with a few things to improve, I had a great experience. Thanks to everyone at mandala hotel. Room 623 Ben

It's a solid hotel in a good spot, close to lots of factories. The staff speak English well, and both the hotel and restaurant take credit cards. Traffic and honking from the main street carry on until around 10pm each night, though that's common everywhere. I'll stay here again when I visit our CM.

The start was a bit rocky because they gave me the wrong breakfast times. Apart from that, it was a really good stay, with an amazing breakfast.

I spent five nights here and personally found it good value for money. The staff were courteous and always available when I needed help. Restaurants and the mall are a good 30-minute walk away. The main letdown was the limited food selection, especially at breakfast. There were very few chicken or seafood choices, and on some days they didn't serve either. The gym equipment was disappointing too: the heaviest dumbbell was only 20kgs, and some machines were poorly maintained.

The front desk team and servers are incredibly friendly, and they give great guidance. The restaurant on the second floor serves excellent Vietnamese food, so feel free to drop in and enjoy it.
