The pool was extremely filthy, and the room we were given at check-in looked as if nobody had used it in ages. It was old, with dusty, dirty bedsheets marked by yellow stains and hair left from the previous guest. The air conditioner ran but didn’t seem to cool the room. For four people, there was nothing besides bottled water. The bathroom was dirty and had no hot water. The price didn’t match the service, and this doesn’t deserve to be called a 4-star hotel.

We were a family of four, two adults and two children. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, plenty of breakfast choices, and the spacious, quiet grounds felt like a real resort.

The room looks beautiful and luxurious, though they should add more staff to make service faster.

I wasn’t satisfied. The staff’s guest management system is very bad.
