The family who run the place were so friendly. They invited my mother and me to dinner, though we’d just eaten. The people here are awesome, and the family’s two boys are really friendly and work super hard. Rooms have private bathrooms and are cleaned every day. The rooftop is amazing, and the showers have super hot water. It’s worth paying a bit extra for a room with a view. The family moved my mom to their nicest room because it was vacant, since we visited midweek. The hotel is close to most tourist attractions near the city center. It feels like a classic family operation, which is what you want in Da Lat. I stayed elsewhere in Da Lat city with my wife before Covid, and my mom and I got less than half the care and attention here. A really awesome place.

We had three rooms for our three families, and everyone left happy. The reception team were cheerful and helpful. The rooms felt airy and spacious, with lovely views, fresh bedding, and a really nice smell. Everything was new and clean. We'd happily come back to Da Lat on our next visit.

We arrived on January 1st, 2026, after paying a deposit on December 20th for the New Year's holiday. The hotel said they'd forgotten our reservation, apologized, and returned the deposit, leaving us to find somewhere else during the holiday. The receptionist, who was from the North, spoke very rudely. We had young children with us and had to search for another place. This felt like dishonest and unethical business conduct.

For what we paid, the room was a bargain. It was clean and attractive, and we could watch both sunrise and sunset from there.

We'd paid a deposit on December 26, 2025, for a holiday stay from January 1, 2026 to January 4, 2026. When we arrived to check in on January 1, 2025, the staff said they'd forgotten to process the booking, returned our deposit, and asked us to understand while we found another hotel ourselves. That's an unreasonable excuse and completely unacceptable.
