The room was fine for the price, though its window faced the corridor instead of outdoors. That didn't bother us much on a two-night stay, but we did notice mosquitoes on the walls and could hear the elevator at night. Compared with other rooms in this price range, it looked really good. What stood out most was the service. The two women working there were upbeat, kind, chatty, and helpful. They offered us water and helped arrange bus tickets. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and we ate at the top of the building with a wonderful view. We only had two nights in Da Lat, but it was a unique experience.

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the bus station. There aren't many food options nearby, so I planned to eat while I was out during the day. After some pretty bad hotel experiences in Vietnam, I really appreciated how friendly and welcoming everyone at Huong Mai Hotel was. They even remembered that I'd gone on a tour and asked how it went. You made my first visit to Vietnam a little better.

The staff were so kind. I was feeling unwell, and they let me extend my stay without any hassle and checked in to see how I was doing. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the cable cars. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We had a great five-day stay while traveling with friends. The room was clean and modern, and the balcony had a lovely view where we could watch the sunset. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and gave us a hand with lots of things.

There was free coffee and a kettle in the room, along with a TV and fridge, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I got a great deal at Hương Mai and was given the top room with a balcony, a nice view, and plenty of fresh air. The shower had hot water and decent pressure. The mattress was a little too soft for me.
