Orange Crystal Phoenix Hotel

The location made for quiet evenings, with a park and government buildings nearby and fresh air for walks. Free laundry was especially handy for my business travel. Inside, the room was tidy and clean, with all the facilities I needed. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and quick to sort out any problems.

Poor service and dishonest business. I transferred payment for three nights including VAT, but after staying one night and checking out late at 7 pm, they counted it as two nights. They returned the amount for one remaining night but didn't refund the 72k VAT. I decided to stay for two nights and not use the third, and no invoice was issued, yet the hotel still reported tax charges for that third night.

The reception staff's attitude needs attention. Their unprofessional conduct put guests off from the very first day and made the service feel like a reason not to return.

The bathroom was a mess, with water sitting on the floor and in the toilet for three days. The drain cover still had hair in it, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. I was out all day and expected the room to be cleaned, but they only put the blanket back and replaced the toothbrush. There wasn't even toilet paper. The receptionist focused only on Chinese guests, had a bad attitude, and seemed not to understand the process. Terrible. I'll never come back!
