We picked this hotel for its location and low price. Room 501 had a great beach view, but the poor upkeep made the stay stressful. Water from a ceiling leak dripped on our heads, and I couldn’t tell what kind of water it was. The bathroom smelled horribly of sewer gas, and dirty water from the sink drain ran onto our feet. I was glad to check out. The view is nice, but the room is run-down and smells bad, with water dripping from the ceiling. At 470k a night, it isn't worth it.

The beach views are good, but the rest feels a bit lacklustre. The beds are hard, there are no bedside lamps or tables, and very little English is spoken. Like most places in Quy Nhon, it seems to rely mostly on local tourism. An average Vietnamese hotel with a nice view.
