OYO 688 Anh Tuan Hotel

The location made getting around difficult. The bus stop was far away, so I had to budget for taxis, and the hotel was very noisy because it's right beside the highway. The staff were also very unfriendly. The older cleaning woman was especially rude, and both reception and cleaning staff treated me in a humiliating way. Even though I had paid the official rate shown on booking.com, trip.com, agoda, and other booking sites, they checked my reservation and refused to check me in because they wanted a higher nightly price. They didn't have many customers, and I might have become a regular guest. I only wanted to be sure the hotel met my expectations, but they ignored my attempts to sort it out and wouldn't cooperate. Instead, they danced and lied on the bed behind the registration desk, as if they lived there and I was interrupting them. After two hours of negotiations, they canceled my booking because they weren't satisfied with the price I had paid online. I left and walked 3 km to the nearest bus stop to look for somewhere better.
