Lien, who makes breakfast, was especially kind and good at her job. I enjoyed the pho, nem (noodles eaten during the Vietnamese New Year?), fresh fruit juice, and soy milk. The staff were all friendly, and they gave us helpful suggestions for places to visit and restaurants in Bac Ninh. The hotel is a little out of the way, though there are lots of Korean restaurants a short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern features like automatic curtains, an automatic toilet, and glass bathroom walls that switch electronically from transparent to opaque. I’d definitely stay here again.

I first booked through the Agoda app, and although the hotel doesn’t seem very well known yet, the customer service was enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly. It’s a little far from the city center but still convenient, and the stay was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly too. I’d stay again if I get the chance.
