The room itself was modern and clean, and the bathroom had a glass divider between the wet and dry areas. I had no issue with it. The hotel sits a little back from the road, behind a wedding hall, so a large wedding could make things noisy or busy, though there wasn’t one during my stay. Breakfast was included, and there were plenty of places serving Bun Rieu and Bun Bo right outside. More food options were by the park about a block and a half away. I’d asked for a room away from the elevators after reading reviews. They chime when used, not too loudly, so I was down the hall by the stairs and used those instead. But the hotel seemed to get busier while we were there, and halfway through the stay the chime started ringing constantly, day and night. They really need to fix that.

The main issues for me were the morning chair noise and the curtains. Breakfast runs from 6:30 to 9:30, and you can hear chairs scraping around then. If you’re on level 5, right under the breakfast floor, you’ll probably be woken up around 6:30 or 7. The blackout curtains also leave a big gap at the top, so plenty of morning light gets in. Smoking is allowed in the level 6 breakfast and restaurant area. There’s no tissue box, and the toilet roll is one solid piece that doesn’t fit the holder. Shower pressure was medium, could be stronger, though I didn’t mind it. I stayed two nights at the beginning of May 2025. The room was clean and a decent size, with a wardrobe and lots of space. The mattress felt medium-firm, around 8-8.5/10, which I like, and the pillows were comfortable too. Air conditioning worked well, the glassed-in shower had lots of hot water, and the bathroom sink had enough room around it for my things. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. I think her name was Loan, a very nice lady. Breakfast was good, Vietnamese food with eggs, and a nice view. The level 6 outdoor area also looks out over Bao Loc. Mobile testing showed 97.6 Mbps down and 91.3 Mbps up, and the WiFi was very fast. Scooter rental at the hotel was 200k dong a day. I’d recommend the hotel with those caveats. Maybe a lower floor and a room on the left, away from the entrance side, would be better. We were away from the elevator, so that wasn’t an issue for us.

After two weeks here, I felt at home. The rooms are airy, spacious and clean, and the price is reasonable. Everyone treated one another very well. A special thank you to Ms. Huong Vu and Mr. Trung for checking in on us and looking after us. I’ll come back next time.

The room does let in some noise. I could hear the elevator a few times. Still, the service was wonderful, and Ms Loan was so nice and helpful with lots of things.
