Oasis Hotel

We rode bikes to a nearby island where cars aren't allowed, on the owner's recommendation. It was beautiful and peaceful, and people called hello as we went by. The Oasis itself is right by the river, clean and quiet, with excellent staff. We also really enjoyed the boat tour with Hoang. She was friendly and informative, and helped us sort out lots of other details so we could make the most of our stay.

The rooms were clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds. The hotel sits by the river in a peaceful, green spot, and the owners were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. We only got to stay for a day and a bit, but I'll definitely come back to Kiwi Oasis next time I'm in Ben Tre. Highly recommended!

The “Coldest pool in all of Vietnam” was a dream when the heat got to be too much. I had a wonderful time here, where the family who run the place and the employees treated me with respect and helped however they could. It felt more like a home than a hotel. On the manager's advice, I rented a bike and rode around a nearby island for four hours. It was relaxing and a welcome change from Saigon. There isn't much nearby, so you'll need a taxi or bike to get lunch and dinner.

The staff arranged a local tour that I'd highly recommend, and we rented motorbikes from them to explore the countryside. They also made transport to the bus station easy. It's a friendly place with a homestay feel. We were warmly welcomed, had a nice room, and could always get help when we needed it. Breakfast was a tasty bit of home, with eggs made any style, good bread, and fresh fruit. Worth staying if you make it to ben tre.
